Siport21, together with Prosertek, participated in the second edition of the Port Leaders program, where more than 30 port leaders from Latin America were able to visit its Maritime Simulation Center.
Port Leaders is a Networking and Technical Visits program designed to strengthen managerial and leadership skills in the global logistics and port industry. Organized by PR PORTS and Maritime Policy Bureau, it addresses the challenges and opportunities of the logistics, maritime, and port industry, combining networking, training, and strategic leadership development.
Additionally, it aims to promote innovation, sustainability, and intercontinental collaboration in the sector, with a long-term perspective on port strategy, and to provide industry leaders with the necessary leadership skills to manage in an increasingly complex business environment.
Among the attendees were personnel from companies related to the port and maritime sector from Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Uruguay.
