Upon completing our courses, maritime workers can obtain certifications accredited by DNV or All Academy—in the case of the ‘Maritime Resource Management’ program—enhancing their professional training to work aboard any merchant vessel worldwide.

Maritime Training Center

Siport21’s Maritime Training Center has been operating since the year 2000 in Las Rozas (Madrid, Spain). Since then, it has trained over 1,800 individuals, including Harbor Pilots, Captains, Officers, and Tugboat Masters.

Maritime Simulation Center for Maritime Training

Siport21’s Simulation Center consists of three real-time simulators that can operate either independently or in combination. The company offers the possibility to create custom models of any port or port facility, as well as of any required vessels, or to use one of the more than 150 port models (both national and international) and 400 numerical ship models already available.

STREAMING:
Siport21 offers a streaming/remote system that allows clients to participate in simulations in two ways

  • As users, by connecting to the video conference (via Teams) and giving their instructions directly to the helmsman at Siport21’s offices.
  • Observers following in the simulation sessions carried out by one of Siport21 captains.

DNV CERTIFICATION

Siport21’s Real-Time Ship Manoeuvring Simulation Center is certified by DNV as a Maritime Training Center in accordance with the DNV-ST-0029 standard, making it the only Maritime Training Center in Spain certified with this international quality mark.

In addition, the real-time simulators are certified by DNV under the ST-0033 standard (DNV GL SeaSkill™ STANDARD FOR CERTIFICATION No. 2.14), which qualifies the company to provide training for Pilots, Captains, and Officers—both at a basic level and in specialized, advanced, or refresher courses.
