Additionally, two projects funded by the Ports 4.0 fund managed by Puertos del Estado stand out: COMPASS+, aimed at reducing the impact on moored ships caused by the passage of another vessel (impact on moorings, excessive movements, etc.) through the design of a decision-making application for port traffic management; and PRESTAMAR, an innovative non-intrusive solution for smarter, more efficient, and sustainable management of moored ships, providing objective operational criteria and predictions linked to the dynamic conditions of the moored ship. Both projects combine sensors, advanced data analytics, simulation, and artificial intelligence to build a predictive and prescriptive system.
Siport21 is also participating in the PERTE NAVAL, leading the development of a conceptual simulator to improve the design, construction, and configuration of River Metro Systems, the first approach will be carried out on the Guadalquivir River in the city of Seville.
