In 2025, Siport21 has had a decisive year, driven by sustained growth in turnover, activity, and international expansion thanks to a record volume of bids and contracts that have far exceeded forecasts. Throughout the year, with strategic projects in Spain and various global markets, the organization has established itself as a world leader in highly complex maritime and port engineering solutions, strengthening its position in an increasingly competitive environment.
One of the highlights of the year was the high number of bids managed, in line with the previous year and meeting the targets set. Added to this is a record level of new business, which has far exceeded internal forecasts and reinforced market confidence in its capabilities.
In terms of international expansion, the company has continued to expand its presence, adding new countries to its network of activity, such as El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Egypt, and approaching 70 operating markets. This evolution consolidates the organization’s global projection and strengthens its position in a highly competitive environment.
In the area of projects, 2025 has seen some significant milestones. In Spain, the progress of the project in Barcelona, linked to one of the country’s major port developments, stands out. Abroad, the Energy Island project has been a major technical challenge: its simulation has required the coordination of a multidisciplinary team involved in the development and three real-time ship maneuvering simulators at its Maritime Simulation Center. This capability, recognized by the clients themselves, places our center among the few in the world capable of tackling solutions of such complexity.
In addition, several international engineering firms have highly valued their collaboration with the company, highlighting the good results obtained in previous projects, which further strengthens its reputation.

Another milestone of the year was the consolidation of the Maritime Simulation Center, which has attracted professionals from different countries to carry out specialized training. According to Aitor Acha, CEO of Siport21, “this infrastructure represents a leap forward from what has been achieved in the last two decades,” marking a significant advance in training and technological capabilities.
With its sights set on 2026, the company plans to expand its portfolio of services with the incorporation of digitalization in decision-making and advanced training aimed at meeting market demand.
